Best Condition and Best Arabian Horse at the Achterhoek Endurance Competition!
Velvet Kossack (Dahess x Voulu Kossack by Nougatin) placed second overall over five competitions (each from 40 – 79 km). She also won the best condition and was the best Arabian horse at the Achterhoek Endurance Competition 2023! Already a great achievement at the start of her endurance sports career!

Aclass Kossack at the European Championships for Sport Arabians!
Almost two weeks ago, the European Championships for arabian horses in sports took place in Wiener Neustadt, Austria. Aclass Kossack (Pristice Kossack x Abapana Kossack by Marcipan) successfully competed at novice level. Winner of the VVÖ Cup in Classic Pleasure, second en thrid places in Hunter Pleasure and Western Trail.

Last week, Naranik Kossack (Aranik Kossack x Naomi C Kossack by Pobeditel) won the ‘Strecke der Nordpfalz Distanz’ over 102km with 6000hm in Germany!
Three week earlier, he already successfully finished the ‘Schwäbische Alb – Weites Land’ over 351km in five days!

He proved to be an amazing sire with offspring in the international showring, at the racetrack and in the CEI Endurance. Therefore he already received the ELITE predicate at a very young age. When we moved to our smaller facility, we leased him to Vogelsberg Araber in Germany for two years. Thereafter he was sold to Dennenoord Arabians in Holland, who successfully started him under the saddle.

Rest in peace, QUEEN!
With a heavy heart we share the news that Abakana Kossack (Balaton x Amunitia by Antey) has passed away. Raised with the bottle, she became one of our most loving mares at The Kossack Stud. As a real cornerstone in our breeding program, she brought us wonderful offspring, including many international champions in show and sport! We are happy with her daughters: Adream of Kossack (WH Justice) and A Lady of Kossack (by WH Justice); and granddaughters at the farm.
The last three years she enjoyed her life at Vogelsberg Araber where she could relished the big green pastures. Thank you Maria and Harald for your excellent care those years!
